Affiliate disclosure: how SpinRewardz makes money

The short version

If you register at a casino using one of our links, the casino may pay us. You will not incur any cost, it changes none of your terms, and it does not move a score.

Which links are affiliate links

Every affiliate link on SpinRewardz begins with /go/, followed by the name of the casino. These links appear as the "Visit" buttons on the ten casino reviews and the seven casino lists, and in the "Best daily spins" window in the header. All of them carry the rel="nofollow" attribute that tells search engines they are paid links.

Other links are not affiliate links. Links to the Gambling Commission, GAMSTOP, GamCare, the legislation, the adjudicators and the operators' own terms pages are all normal, unpaid links. The twelve guides contain no affiliate links at all and only lead to our reviews and lists, which carry the links and state this.

What happens when you click one

1. You leave SpinRewardz. Click a link starting with /go/ and you are taken to the casino's own site. From that moment on, the casino's privacy policy and terms apply, and not ours.
2. The casino records that you came from us. Its affiliate system recognises the referral, so that if you decide to open an account, the casino can connect that account to this site (its cookies, and ours, are described in the cookie policy). We receive reports in aggregate: the number of accounts and the commission, never your name or your play.
3. If you open an account, the casino may pay us. Depending on the operator's programme this could mean a fixed payment per account, a share of the revenue from the account, or a combination of the two. In terms of prizes, limits, terms and withdrawals, you are no different from a player who joined any other way.

What the money does not change

Three rules, each of which you can check against the site yourself.

• Scores and rankings. The ranking criteria are published: the daily prize at the top, followed by the cashier, then the licence and tools, with the lobby and the welcome offer at the bottom. Each list has its own published criteria. The commission rate is not one of them.
• Who is on the roster. Two of the ten casinos, Sky Vegas and Paddy Power, run no affiliate programme at the time of writing, so a link to either earns nothing. Both are reviewed, ranked and linked exactly as the other eight, because their daily prizes are among the most searched in the country and leaving them out would make the site worse.
• What the pages say. No operator sees a page before it is published, no operator pays for a place on a list, and no operator can have a term left out. Where a casino publishes a cap, a losing segment or a login wall, the page says so.

The rules we follow

The Advertising Standards Authority's CAP Code states that in advertising "free" must mean free, and that the significant terms of an offer must appear where the offer appears. The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 requires paid links to be identified clearly, which the /go/ address, the "Visit" label and this page all satisfy. The casinos themselves are bound by the Gambling Commission's licence conditions, which make them responsible for the marketing done in their name, including ours.
