Contact SpinRewardz: one address, five kinds of message

Every message reaches us at one email address. Below is what to include for each kind of message so we can act on it in one reply, and the limits to what we can help with when the problem is with a casino rather than with us.

Contact SpinRewardz: a sapphire speech bubble with a gold rim

The address

Write to hello@spinrewardz.com. We read each message and answer corrections within five working days.

There is currently no contact form, no phone line and no live chat. An email with the page URL and the point you are making is the fastest way for both of us, and it leaves a record we can quote back to you later.

What to include

Correction A correction to a page The page URL, the figure or sentence you believe is wrong, and where the right figure is published. We check it against the operator's live terms, update the page and its date, and reply to say what changed.
Operator Casino operators Terms that have changed, a promotion that has ended, a new daily prize, or an affiliate programme you run. Send the public page that shows the change. We do not take payment for placement and we do not show pages to operators before publication; the affiliate disclosure explains how links work.
Press Press and research Questions about how the site scores casinos or reads terms, or requests to reuse a table or figure with attribution. The methodology page answers most of the first kind.
Privacy Data and privacy requests A request to see, correct or delete personal data we hold, which for almost every visitor is nothing at all. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and your rights; we answer within one month.
Complaint A complaint about this site If a page is misleading, out of date, or breaks an advertising rule, tell us which page and which rule. We reply with what we changed or why we did not.
Casino complaint A complaint about a casino We cannot resolve it, hold funds or speak to the casino for you. The route is the casino's own complaints procedure, then its adjudicator, and our guide on what to do when a casino won't pay out walks through both, with the eight-week clock and the Gambling Commission's role.

Who you are writing to

SpinRewardz is an independent publisher covering the daily free prizes at UK licensed casinos. It is not a casino, it takes no deposits and no bets, and it holds no Gambling Commission licence because it does not need one in order to publish. The editor in charge of the reviews is Ewan Prescott, who reads every message about a page he wrote.
