Privacy policy
SpinRewardz has no accounts, no newsletter, no analytics and no cookies of its own. This notice explains the small amount of data that still exists when you visit or write to us, why it exists, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. Who we are
SpinRewardz, the publisher and operator of spinrewardz.com, is the controller of any personal data described in this notice. For anything related to this notice, including requests about your data, contact us at hello@spinrewardz.com. The terms of use apply to the site itself, and data is governed by this notice.
2. What data exists, and why
| Data | Why it exists | How long it is kept |
|---|---|---|
| Server logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time, and the page that referred you | Created automatically by our hosting provider when any page loads. Used only for security and to diagnose faults. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure. | For the period our hosting provider keeps its logs, after which they are deleted. We do not export, analyse or combine them with anything else. |
| Emails you send us: your address, your name if you give it, and what you write | To answer you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, and where you make a request about your data, our legal obligation to respond. | For as long as the matter is open and for up to two years afterwards, in case it comes up again. Then deleted. |
| Aggregate affiliate reports | When you open a casino account through a /go/ link, the casino tells us that an account was opened and what commission is due. These reports contain counts and sums, never names, contact details or play history. | For as long as we need them for accounting, which the law sets at six years. |
That is the whole list, which means we do not run analytics or advertising scripts, embed social widgets, or send a newsletter. The site sets no cookies, and you can read our cookie policy. Fonts are loaded from our own server, preventing any font provider from logging your visit.
3. When you leave through a casino link
Every "Visit" button routes through an address beginning /go/ and
redirects you to the casino's own website. From that point the casino is the controller
of any data it collects, its privacy policy applies, and it sets its own cookies,
including one that records that you arrived from SpinRewardz. We learn nothing about you
personally as a result of that process; see section 2. How the links work commercially is
set out in our affiliate disclosure.
Links to regulators, charities and the operators' terms pages are ordinary links, and we do not control them. Those sites operate their own privacy notices.
4. Who sees your data
We engage a third party, our hosting provider, to process the server logs on our behalf, and a third-party email provider stores the messages you send. Neither is permitted to use the data for its own purposes. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to the casinos. We would disclose data only where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct, delete or restrict the processing of it, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to ask for a portable copy of the data you gave us. Email hello@spinrewardz.com with your request and we will respond within one month. For the overwhelming majority of visitors there will be nothing more to say than that we hold the server logs described above, which we cannot connect to any individual.
If you believe we have not responded appropriately, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
6. Age
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over in Great Britain. We do not collect data from anyone we know to be under 18, and every page carries the 18+ mark as a reminder and a link to help for gambling problems.
7. Changes to this notice
If we add anything that processes data, for example analytics, we will update this notice before it takes effect, change the date at the top, and add a banner asking for consent with a genuine option to decline. The current version is dated 3 September 2026.
If gambling has stopped being fun, the National Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open all day, every day. Every UK licensed casino also offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.
