Terms of use

1. What the site is

SpinRewardz is an independent publisher that reviews and compares the daily free prizes, terms and cashiers of casinos licensed by the Gambling Commission. It is not a casino, it takes no bets and no deposits, it holds no player funds, and it therefore needs no gambling licence to publish. We are not a casino and we do not set casino terms. Every casino we link to is a separate business with its own terms, which you accept with that casino and not with us.

2. Who the site is for

The site is aimed at adults aged 18 or over in Great Britain. Gambling by anyone under 18 is illegal in Great Britain. If you are in another jurisdiction, the casinos described here may not accept your registration and the laws that apply to you may differ, and this site is not intended for your use.

3. Information, and its limits

Everything you see on the site is information, taken from published sources on the date shown on each page: the operators' promotion terms, general terms and help centres, and regulators, legislation and official bodies. It is not financial, legal or personal advice, and it is not encouragement to gamble. Casinos adjust their terms frequently. Before you use any figure, check the live terms on the casino's own site, which always take precedence over anything written here.

We do our best to be accurate and we correct pages when we are told they are wrong, but there is always a chance that a figure is out of date by the time you read it, and we accept no liability for losses that follow from relying on the site instead of the casino's own terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

4. Affiliate links

All the links beginning /go/ are affiliate links. If you use one to open a casino account, the casino may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing and does not change the terms of your account. The affiliate disclosure explains which links they are, what is paid, and what that money does not change.

5. Other websites

The site contains links to casinos, regulators, charities and other third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of that site. In the case of casinos, it is a route to the operator whose terms we have described.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything on SpinRewardz, the text, tables, scores and illustrations, belongs to us. You may quote short extracts with a link to the page they came from. You may not copy pages, tables or images and present them as your own work. Casino names and logos belong to their operators and are used only to identify them. Screenshots of casino pages are reproduced to show the terms being described.

7. Complaints

A complaint about this site should be emailed to hello@spinrewardz.com, following the instructions on the contact page. The cookie policy and privacy policy cover data. A complaint about a casino goes to the casino, then to its adjudicator, following the steps set out in our guide on what to do when a casino won't pay out. We cannot intervene in a dispute between you and a casino.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them is for the courts of England and Wales.
